We want you to be thrilled with your Savor purchase. Therefore, unused, re-sellable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of product purchase price. Note that the original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and the return shipping price will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If a product is damaged in transit, we will accept return with proof of damage within 30 days and will refund with shipping.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Unfortunately, personalized products are custom-made, so they are not returnable. Please check orders carefully for typos, etc.
If you ordered through our website, please head over to our return portal to start your return.
If you bought our products through Good Morning America in the November 2025 segment, please head over to our special return portal and start your return.
If you are outside this timeframe and just found out your product was defective, check out our warranty policy.
